OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

You agree to these rules by liking, saving, and following the giveaway post on either Instagram (@pitliquor) or Facebook (@pitliquordeodorant) as part of the contest to win free Pit Liquor set of eleven candles (“Prizes").

Products means eleven beeswax candles, one of each candle created and sold by Pit Liquor. Prizes will be given based on random drawing from all entries. Any determination of the relative merits of entry is made in the sole discretion of Distilled. The contest is over when Distilled selects one winner.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The true name of the sponsor is Distilled Bath and Body, Inc. a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business at 226 Remington, Unit 1, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. The retail value of the Prize is $300 USD. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are your sole responsibility. Some additional restrictions may apply. Purchase of any products or services offered by Distilled will not increase your odds of winning. The Prize is solely redeemable for the free Pit Liquor set of eleven candles. This Prize may not be redeemed for cash. This Prize may not be assigned or transferred by the contest winner and inures solely to the contest winner. Any participant in the contest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entries that contain any content determined by Distilled in their sole discretion as indecent, inappropriate, morally objectionable or otherwise unfit for the contest will be immediately disqualified. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the control of Distilled, then Distilled reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and to determine the winners by a fair and equitable method as determined by Distilled. Events outside of the control of Distilled include without limitation: technical failure, extreme weather events, government orders, labor shortages and disputes, supply chain disruption, or public health order. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Materials; or errors, defects or omissions in the advertisement or offering of the contest. By entering, you agree that should the contest be terminated for any reason you irrevocably waive any right to seek or obtain rescission, equitable, or injunctive relief.
