You agree to these rules by subscribing to SMS messaging (“Subscribing”) to Pit Liquor as part of the contest to win free Pit Liquor products for a year (“Prizes). Products for a year means four 100ml bottles and one Refill bottle of the winner’s choice. Prizes will be given based on random selection of all new SMS subscribers. Distilled reserves the right to choose the winner per random selection, and to choose a new winner if the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours. The contest is over when Distilled selects one winner.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The true name of the sponsor is Distilled Botanics, Inc. a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business at 226 Remington, Unit 1, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. The retail value of the Prize is $200 USD. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are your sole responsibility. Some additional restrictions may apply. Purchase of any products or services offered by Distilled will not increase your odds of winning. The Prize is solely redeemable for the free Pit Liquor products for a year. This Prize may not be redeemed for cash. This Prize may not be assigned or transferred by the contest winner and inures solely to the contest winner. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the control of Distilled, then Distilled reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and to determine the winners by a fair and equitable method as determined by Distilled. Events outside of the control of Distilled include without limitation: technical failure, extreme weather events, government orders, labor shortages and disputes, supply chain disruption, or public health order. No responsibility is assumed for any errors, defects or omissions in the advertisement or offering of the contest. By entering, you agree that should the contest be terminated for any reason you irrevocably waive any right to seek or obtain rescission, equitable, or injunctive relief.
